£125(However book for free via the website as you pay prior to the course starting)

Postnatal courses with Lisa are 7 weeks, on Tuesday mornings from 10.30 - 12.30am at her home studio in WR3. Aimed at new mums with their babies, the postnatal classes focus on you and how you're doing, giving you a chance to reflect on and discuss your transition to parenthood in a relaxed, non judgemental space. Not only will you meet a group of mums with similar aged babies, the course also has sessions on useful topics such as birth experiences and new mum self care, feeding, sleep, postnatal recovery, baby Massage, infant first aid and slings and carriers. Plus, you get support with anything you need (including feeding) and we take time to reflect weekly on how you’re all doing!
